She is chairwoman of the rating committee. Unurjargal is teaching at the National University of Finance and Economics (UFE) in the field of accounting education. She has been teaching in the field of accounting education for 18 years and is considered as one of the experienced experts in this area. She holds a Ph.D. in UFE.

Mr. Tajul has 22 Years of Experience in Risk Assessment, PPP Infrastructure Financing Specialist, Structuring, Financial & Transaction Advisor, M&A Specialist, Corporate Advisory and Debt Restructuring, Capital Raising, Capacity Development and Trainer, Research & Publication : He worked for ADB, WB Group, JICA, UNCDF, IFC & APO. He is also Co-Founder of MIRA

Ms. Enkhbayar Choijil is currently the Vice President for finance and development of National University of Mongolia. She has been teaching as a professor at the Mongolian national university for 20 years. She is one of the experts in the field of finance. She holds a Ph.D. from Baikal University of Economic Law, Russia.

Tsogbayar Enkhmaa is a freelance business consultant with proven tracks of securing projects for the variety of organisations. He started his career from the public service in the field of development finance and rose to the senior management at one of the largest conglomerates in Mongolia.  Tsogbayar also served as the lead consultant for the World Bank-led projects for the business communities and the policy makers. Tsogbayar holds an Mbus from the Australian National University. He is also an alumnus of the University of Edinburgh, and the National University of Mongolia.

He is experienced business law consultant and attorney-at-law skilled in advising business clients (entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, enterprises) on corporate and commercial law. He holds LLM from Central China University of Science and Technology, China.
