INSTITUTIONAL RATING

     Institutional rating is the assessment and provision of an opinion on an issuer’s overall capacity to pay its long or short-term financial obligation. We evaluate the institution’s ability and willingness to repay its obligations in accordance with the terms of those obligations to assess the creditworthiness of an institution. We review a broad range of financial and business attributes that may influence the institution’s repayment to form its rating opinion. We evaluate various factors such as the financial strength of the company, its profitability, cash flow, debt levels, and other factors that may affect the company’s ability to meet its financial obligations

ISSUE RATING

     Issue rating is the assessment and provision of an opinion on specific corporate and public-sector debt issues or other financial obligations, which can be either long-term or short-term. We use information from the issuer and other sources to evaluate the credit quality of the issue and the likelihood of default. For the bond issued by institutions, we conduct evaluation of the creditworthiness of the issuer before assessing the credit quality of the specific debt issue. We evaluate various factors such as the financial strength of the issuer, the specific terms and conditions of the debt security, the priority of the security in the issuer’s capital structure, and other factors that may affect the issuer’s ability to meet its financial obligations.

PROJECT RATING

     Project finance rating is a type of credit rating that evaluates the creditworthiness of a project financing arrangement. Project financing refers to the financing of large-scale projects, such as infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects, where the repayment of the debt is primarily based on the cash flow generated by the project.We assess the creditworthiness of the project by evaluating various factors such as the quality and predictability of the project’s cash flows, the strength and experience of the project sponsors, and the risk profile of the project. The rating reflects the likelihood of the project being completed on time and within budget, the potential for cost overruns or delays, and the likelihood of default. The rating also takes into account the legal and regulatory environment in which the project operates, as well as the potential for political or economic instability that may affect the project’s ability to generate cash flows.

STRUCTURED FINANCE RATING

    Structured finance rating is a type of credit rating that evaluates the creditworthiness of complex financial products that are created by pooling together various types of assets, such as loans, mortgages, and securities.
